Please note - to guarantee a place please complete your entry form and pay as soon as possible. It doesn't matter at this stage if you don't have the names of your team finalised.

This needs to be completed once you have decided on your racers and any reserves. Please let us have these forms asap but the last date for submission is Wednesday 10th January.
Ski Pass and Training form.

Competitors must be from years of birth 1998/2005 inclusive. Teams should be composed of THREE skiers who must be in full time education and all attend the SAME school. Teams can bring reserves but only the three girls finally chosen can race in the main events. However nominated reserves are allowed in parallel slalom and in case of injury.

Athlete’s Declaration forms must be signed by all girls not registered with BASS (British Alpine Seeding System) for snow or BARTS for artificial slopes. If the competitor is under 18 the Athlete’s Declaration must be counter-signed by their parent/guardian. These should be completed and returned by 15th January 2018 if possible. The race entry fee is £250 per team. PLEASE send ONE payment per team. Please do not send individual payment for each racer.
Under 14 – Year of Birth (YoB) 2004-2005
Under 16 – YoB 2002-2003
Under 18- YoB 2000-2001
Under 21- YoB 1998-1999
NOTE Anyone born after 2005 is not allowed to compete
All competitors must have adequate insurance cover for ski racing, including third party liability insurance (a minimum of £5 million is recommended). MPI, one of our sponsors, offers suitable insurance and a special rate for competitors and their teachers/parents. Full details of the cover are available by clicking here.
Entries are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Initially entries will be accepted from only one team per school. ‘B’ team entries will be accepted after 10th October 2017, subject to availability, and in accordance with the BSR rules
No places will be held without payment of FULL race entry fee and completed entry form. Race entry cancellations will only be refunded before 17th October 2017. Should one (or more) of the races be cancelled, the race entry fee will NOT be refunded as costs will have been incurred in setting up the event.
It is a condition of entry that each School provides at least ONE Gate Judge per team. If a School has been allowed to enter a second team a further Gate Judge must be provided.
Photographs will be taken by accredited photographers during the event. If any competitor does not consent to the use or publication of their image for publicity purposes they should download, complete and return the Opt-Out Form which can be accessed by clicking here.
Please note that each team MUST be accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, one of whom must be female. One female adult must reside with the team, another must be nominated to take over in case of an emergency.
