Chel-Ski is London’s newest and largest indoor ski centre, which opened in December 2015. Located in the heart of Chelsea, we offer an engaging environment where customers of all ages and abilities can take to the slopes.

Using BASI approved technology, Chel-Ski is ideal for a wide range of needs including:

· learning the basics and building stamina
· improving existing skills and maintaining fitness
· racing practice (our instructor team includes a qualified race coach)
· rehabilitation after injury

Endless descent on revolving slopes that are adjustable in terms of angle and speed and less forgiving than snow, together with a mirror that allows customers to watch themselves ski and analyse their technique, is a winning combination for getting ready to head out to ski resorts.

Off the slopes, our fantastic Alpine Café offers somewhere to relax and enjoy some après-ski, with delicious food – including traditional ski fare – and drinks on offer.

In addition to individual bookings, Chel-Ski is also available to hire for family slope time and group bookings (e.g. school clubs). Cool design aesthetics also make Chel-Ski the perfect venue for ski themed private parties and corporate networking and teambuilding events.

British Independent Schools Ski Racing is an organisation which runs programmes, big and small, for school ski teams along with an indoor championships held each September with over 250 racers.

We use Impulse Racing as our training partner to utilise their coaching expertise. With a coaching team led by former national team head coach, these guys have excelled in delivering the training for our school teams over the past few years.

During the year from July 2012, we built a programme for one particular school team which resulted in a group of skiers who had never raced before taking part in the Interschools challenge in Les Houches, France during March 2013 and achieving 28 place from 140 schools represented. In 2014, they came 8th.

This was achieved with regular weekly training throughout school term time, two day training sessions indoors at the Snowcentre, Hemel Hempstead and a few days of training prior to the race itself in Les Houches.

We also offer race support and training prior to Alpine events such as The British Independent Schools Ski Racing Alpine Champs, The British Schoolgirls races, The British Schoolboys races, The Interschools Challenge, The Aiglon College Cup.

In the UK, we offer training and race support for many indoor and dry slope events with programmes for schools ranging from one session before a race to regular weekly training and training days on indoor snow during school holidays.

We can also offer bespoke training on snow during the winter as well as pre season (Oct/Nov) and summer glacier training.
