How to Enter

Everything you need to know about entering a team for BSR 2027

Who can Enter

✅ Teams of two to three girls from British schools
✅ Individuals associated with a British school

✅ Open to first time racers to experienced racers

✅ Schools may enter more than one team

Entry Process

Step 1 - Enter Your School

At this stage all we need is your first team entry (you can add more teams later) you do not need to provide racer names at this stage. If your school does not have a team, you are welcome to enter as an individual now.

Step 2 - Resort Options

In November, further details regarding accommodation options, ESF coaching and race support booking, lift pass prices, and t-shirt orders will be shared via email. With discounted ski passes released as soon as these prices are confirmed to us in December.

Step 3 - Additional Info

In Dec/Jan, input racer names and proposed running orders, enter any additional teams or individuals you may want. You will also be asked to contact parents to fill out Athlete Declarations.

Step 4 - Prepare Your Team

Ensure all racers have appropriate equipment and insurance. Review the event programme and safeguarding requirements.
